He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Laura Dwelly (Beauchemin); his parents, Donald Dwelly and Susan Briggs (Gallagher); his stepparents, Marie Dwelly (Shaeffer) and Norman Briggs; his children, Michaela, Chuck, Victoria and Jocelyne; his brother Matthew (Jessica); and his nephews, Mason and Myles.
