She was predeceased by: her husband Gilbert Steere; her parents, Robert C. Lawrence and Gladys E. Lawrence (Holdgate); her son Mark D. Steere; and her brother Robert Lawrence (Bob).
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane E. Grassini of West Greenwich and Jenny L. Anderson of Chepachet; her brother David Lawrence; her grandchildren, Michael, Megan Portrais, Anthony and Nicholas Grassini; her great grandchildren, Kylie Smith, Collin Portrais, Alexa, Briella Carvalho, Greyson, Liliana, Sophia and Jacob Grassini; and her niece Kirsten Krauthamer.
