It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathie Eldora Folsom in Greenville, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin N. Folsom and Dorothy M. Folsom (Horton). She is survived by: her brother Neal Folsom (Carol); her nephews, Michael Folsom and Kevin Folsom; and her friend Maureen Welch (Stephen). She is also survived by five grandnephews.
