He was predeceased by: his parent John Pacheco. He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Fetta-Moniz; his parent Mary Moniz (Pecorino); his siblings, Anthony P. Moniz, Robert A. Moniz and Theresa M. Reid; his nephews, William Reid (Melissa) and Ryan Moniz; and his great-nieces, Rachel and Riley Reid.
