He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Kulsic and Laura Kulsic of Exeter. He is survived by: his daughters, Krystal LaFlamme (Erik) and Stephanie Zickendrath; his grandchildren, Jaxson Quintal, Anthony LaFlamme and Breanna LaFlamme; and his close friend Raymond Gardiner.
