He is survived by: his parents, Maurice R. Boulais and Nancy L. Boulais (Hamilton) of Greenville; and his sisters, Nancy M. Folsom (Robert) of Greenville and Suzanne Andrews (Harry "Chip") of Glocester.
Face masks are required at the Visitation and Church.
