He was predeceased by: his parent Herman Bondeson; and his stepchild David J. Hayes, Jr.. He is survived by: his spouse Judith-Ann Hayes-Bondeson of Greenville; his parent Virginia Bondeson (Barone); his stepchildren, Michael P. Hayes of Greenville and Colleen L. Hayes-Hilton (Jeff) of Glocester; his wife Laurie Hayes of Johnston; and his grandchildren, Shawn Munsen (Alycia), Michael Jordan and David J. Hayes, III.
