He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Lucille M. Azzara (Firriolo); his parents, Anthony N. Azzara of Clinton, MA and Julia A. Azzara (Maggio); his children, Laura A. Vescovi (Edward) of Branford, CT and Renee Quintanilla (Michael) of Lake Mary, FL.; his granddaughter Anna Marie Vescovi; and his sister Julie Ann Mayhew.

In lieu of flowers, gifts can be made in Anthony Azzara's memory to support Dr. Brastianos' meningioma research at Mass General Hospital.
