He was predeceased by: his parents, Agapito Arroyo and Aurora Arroyo (Fernandez); and his brother John Arroyo. He is survived by: his wife Benita Arroyo (Laboy-Rodriguez); his children, Benita Aurora Arroyo and Joseph Michael Arroyo; his granddaughters, Benita Leigh Towers and Elizabeth Dawn Towers Tisch; his great grandchildren, Olivia Maren Kawakita, Reed Elian Kawakita and Evan Louis Tisch; and his brother Davin Arroyo.
