With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Chase (Greene, Rhode Island), born in West Warwick, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 2, 2018 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her spouse Horatio T. Chase; her parents, Charles Stone and Gladys Stone; her children, Charles Chase, Linda Peiczarka (Dave) of Thompson, CT and Beverly Chase of Louisiana; and her grandchildren, Becky Chase, Janelle Peiczarka and Jeffrey Peiczarka.
