He was predeceased by: his spouse Mary-Ann Pellegrino (DelVecchio); his parents, Salvatore Pellegrino and Restituta "Tina" Pellegrino (Bruni); and his brother Thomas M. Pellegrino. He is survived by: his daughter Donna M. Dubuque; his granddaughters, Sarah and Rachael; and his siblings, Daniel J. Pellegrino, Joyce H. Pellegrino and Carol M. Pellegrino.
