She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd B. Clark; her parents, Harold S. Frye and Irene Frye (Lyndfors); and her child Terry L. Clark. She is survived by: her daughter Wendy L. Clark of Coventry; her grandchildren, Shanna Roche, Ryan Roche, Melissa Dreibholz and Kristina Clark; and her great grandchildren, Rylee Roche, Jordan Dreibholz, Thomas Dreibholz and Kendra Riley.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the RI Shriners, One Rhodes Place, Cranston, RI 02905.
