Lowell of Glocester, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 14, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest R. Lowell and Diane F. Lowell (Doyle). He is survived by: his fiancée Cheryl A. Trotta; and his siblings, Debbie Haley, Ernest Lowell, Louis Lowell, Peter Lowell and John Lowell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
