Miller-Schaefer of Fairview Heights, IL; his stepchildren, Nicholas Bernardin, Jesse Bernardin, Bethany Payne-Ellis and Andrea Payne-Henault; his siblings, Richard Miller, Tammy Whiting and Heidi Abrahamsen; his grandchildren, Colton and Maci Schaefer; his uncle Jerry Miller; his cousin Jackie Miller; and his nieces and nephews, Russell Miller, Morgan McDonald, Michaela McDonald and Sofie Abrahamsen.
