With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verdie A. Buxton of Glendale, Rhode Island, born in Bangor, Maine, who passed away on December 13, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Buxton and Marion Buxton (Bradbury); and his siblings, Theodore, Carl, Mark, Linwood Buxton and Nancy Senay.
He is survived by: his significant other Lorraine Hutchins of Glendale; his daughters, Sarah Russell of Bangor, ME and Katie Ryfa of Bangor, ME; his siblings, Sharon Benonison of Blackstone, MA, Tina Beauparlant of Hopedale, MA, Chrissy Morin of Chepachet, Rex Buxton and Patty Buxton; and also Jim Senay of Woonsocket. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
