He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kociuba and Alice Kociuba (Chasse). He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Kociuba (Patnaude); his children, Kevin Kociuba (Bernadeth) and Karin O'Rourke (Vincent); his brothers, Carl and James Kociuba; and his grandchildren, Vincent, Alison, Shannon, Michael O'Rourke and Robert Kociuba.
