With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth J. Rathier of Glendale, Rhode Island, who passed away on August 30, 2022 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Rathier and Shirley Rathier (Desmarais). He is survived by: his sons, Sean, Jesse Rathier (Jillian) and Nadean Brousseau; and his siblings, Elise Rathier (Palladini) and Micheal Rathier. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Kenneth, can be made to American Cancer Society of Rhode Island.

When we first built our home, he graciously let us swim from his dock and made us feel welcome at Spring Lake. A few years later he subdivided his land and sold 2 additional lots, and my Mom bought one of those so she could build her dream retirement home.
