With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley A. Hopkins (Foster, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on March 22, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Russell and Marian Russell Robinson (Rust); and her stepparent Charles Robinson. She is survived by: her spouse Elwood M. Hopkins, Sr.; her children, Sandra A. Sheldon (Jeff) of Foster, Elizabeth M. Stone (Christie) of Foster, Pamela J. Hopkins of Foster and Elwood M. Hopkins, Jr. of Los Angeles, CA.; her grandchildren, Joshua R. Stone (Sondra), Daniel C. Stone (Lisa Cost), Benjamin H. Stone and Jonathan E. Stone; and her great grandchildren, Jeremy, Brieann, Daniel, Jr., Brianna, Zadan, Reuel, Sulamith, Althea, Tora and Aislan. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren and pets.
