He was predeceased by: his father Richard E. Farnum. He is survived by: his wife Kathy L. Farnum (Hawes); his sons, Zachary R. Farnum of Nashville, TN and Jacob M. Farnum of Los Angeles, CA.; his mother Elizabeth Farnum (Levesque); and his siblings, Cindy Chace (David), Donna Codman, Richard Farnum (Susan) and Mark Farnum (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
