It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances Shippee of Foster, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 8, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Frances Shippee to show support.

She was predeceased by: her husbands, George Shippee and Norman Metcalf Jr.; and her parents, Henri Roussot and Madeleine Roussot (Cosyns). She is also survived by many close friends, and many cousins.
