It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas S. Thoman of Foster, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Mary N. Thoman (Borders); and his parents, Charles Thoman and Eugenie Thoman (Tardiff). He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey R. Thoman of Pheonix, AZ and Jill M. Frascatore of Pompano Beach, FL.; and his brother Wilfred Thoman. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
