She is survived by: her children, Anna Smith, John Salisbury of Sterling, CT and George Salisbury; her grandchildren, Robert Smith of Sterling, CT, Kristal of Sterling, CT, Garrett of Sterling, CT and Adam Salisbury of Sterling, CT; and her siblings, Edward Ondrasek of Rotonda West, FL, Anna Mae Patterson of Lincoln, RI and James Ondrasek.

In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to Matulaitis Nursing Home, 10 Thurber Road, Putnam, Connecticut 06260.
