She was predeceased by: her father James Burke; and her sisters, Maureen E. Dawes and Ellen F. Cahill. She is survived by: her mother Mary E. Cahill (McMahon); her husband Mike of Foster; her children, Michael J. Polouski (Elizabeth Arendt) of North Scituate, Joseph A. Polouski of Foster and Susan M. Polouski (Daniel Schlademan) of North Scituate; and her friends, MaryJoan Zogby of Milford, MA and Donna Phillips of Foster, RI.. She is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations may be made to the Captain Issac Paine School student garden in her name. Donation may be written to the Foster School Department with "Garden.
