He is survived by: his children, Lisa Schartner (Jeb) of North Kingstown, Lori Kerr (Chris) of West Warwick, Thomas Keenan Jr. (Stephanie) of South Kingstown, Richard Keenan (Kim) of Coventry and Kathi-Lee Albro (Chris) of Exeter; his sister Pat Williams of Florida; his grandchildren, Amanda, Brittney Parfitt, Jeb Stuart Schartner, Kelsey Sullivan, Saige, Seneca Schartner, Dillon, Ryder Keenan, Andrew, Adam Albro and Jace Keenan; and his great grandchild Rylee Tourangeau. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with many close friends.
