She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Hornberger; her grandchild Kelsey Chmielewski (Craig); her great grandchild Tucker; and her siblings, Patricia Hicks, Donald Horr, Lucille St. Martin, L. Olive Bentley, W. Norma McGarry and Gladys Fanning.
