He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Niles and Grace Niles (Barks); and his brother John Niles. He is survived by: his wife Anne Niles; his daughter Sara Mitkowski (Niles); his grandchildren, Gillian, Everett, Mabel and Sadie Mitkowski; his daughter Rachel Niles; his grandchildren, David Spencer Jr., Rose Spencer and Jenna Niles; and his sisters, Patricia Chalifour and Kathryn LaRose. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery (301 S County Trail, Exeter, RI 02822).
