He was predeceased by: his wife Johanne Miller (Sauvageau); his parents, Manuel Joseph and Rose M. Miller (Collard); and his grandchild Alexis "Lexi" Miller. He is survived by: his children, Steven W. Miller of Binghamton, NY, Jacqueline A. Cayouette (Harold) of Coventry, Catherine M. Furtado (Jeffrey) of Smithfield, Dianna L. Miller of Exeter and Wendy L. Miller (Michelle Paulding) of Cumberland; his grandchildren, Heather Pezzullo (Raymond), Courtney Sheridan (Connor), Nicholas Miller (Allie Drake) and Marcus Miller (Victoria Perry); his great grandchildren, Dominic and Damon Pezzullo; and his sibling Thomas J. Miller (late Jean Miller) of Norwich, CT..
