He was predeceased by: his parent John F. Sullivan. He is survived by: his children, John L. Sullivan (Loriann) of Westerly, Michael Sullivan (Stacey) of Westerly and Sharon A. Fish (James) of Pawcatuck; his grandchildren, William Jenkins (Corrie), Christopher Jenkins (Krisi), Stephanie Anderson (Kyle), Mallory Fish, Christopher Sullivan (Mary), Hailey Fish, Caitlyn Sullivan and Erin Sullivan; his great grandchildren, Devon, Grace, Jill, Colton, Hazel and Finnley; his sisters, Barbara Salisbury, Margaret Conlon and Shirley Connors; his significant other Beverly Kores; and his parent Vera Sullivan (Mason).
