He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodoros Panoutsakopoulos and Joanne Panoutsakopoulos (Tsifas). He is survived by: his children, Theodoros Panoutsakopoulos of Shrewsbury, Joanne Filippou (Steven) and Christina Anderson (Thomas) of Millbury; his grandchildren, Kostadina, Adriana, Niko, George, Melina and Josephine; and his siblings, Lola Papadonis of Greece and Panagiotis Panoutsakopoulos (Georgia) of Greece. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Charlie's memory may be made to St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church.
