He is survived by: his daughter Colleen Quartucci; and his siblings, George M. Kelly of Providence, Helen M. Dube of Cranston and Catherine F. Martins of Belo Horizonte, Brazil.. He is also survived by 2 granddaughters, a grandson, and a great grandchild.
