In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Howard leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Howard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Werthein and Florence Cohen (Kaufman); and his stepfather Stanley Cohen. He is survived by: his wife Joyce P. Cohen (Wait); his sons, Bryan J. Cohen, Leo H. Cohen (late Pamela) and William K. Cohen (Karin); his grandchildren, Bryan, Deanna, William and Joyce Marie; and his sister Marilyn Feinberg. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
The military honors was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ri Veterans' Memorial Cemetery (301 S County Trail, Exeter, RI 02822).
