He was predeceased by: his parents, James Emory and Martha Hall (Piper); and his brother James 'Splinter Hall. He is survived by: his wife Katherine E. Hall (Hazard); his children, Kevin, Karen, Donna and James; his siblings, Muriel 'Mimi' Roberts (Hall) and Ottawa 'Pete Ward; his siblings-in-law, Dennis C. Hazard and Iola E. Valles (Hazard); and his friends, Samuel Kelly and Rev. Sammy C. Vaughn. He is also survived by two grandsons, one great-granddaughter.
