He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Rayhill Sr. and Norma Rayhill (Carpenter); his wife Lori Rayhill (Jennings); his daughters, Ashley Downey (Joshua) of West Warwick, RI and Brianna Rayhill of Milford, Maine; his grandchildren, Brysin and Gavin Downey; his pet Tessa; and his siblings, Carol Bolton (Gary) of San Antonio, TX, William Rayhill Jr. (Shelia) of Charelestown, RI and Robert Rayhill (Annie) of Carmel, IN..
