He is survived by: his wife Joan DeCosta (Shaw); his son Wayne Paul DeCosta (Charlene) of North Kingstown; his stepson John R. Creighton of Riverside; and his grandchildren, Ryan Paul DeCosta, Sarah Beth DeCosta and Elizabeth Jean Aguon.
