He is survived by: his significant other Maria Costa; his children, Victor DeSousa Jr. of Worcester, MA and Tiago DeSousa of Sao Miguel; his stepsons, Joey Costa and Brandon Costa; and his siblings, Joao DeSousa of Sao Miguel, Humberto DeSousa of Canada, Saozinha Costa of New Bedford, MA and Maria Margarida Rodrigues of Bermuda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
