Francoeur of East Providence, Rhode Island, born in Central Falls, Rhode Island, who passed away on September 26, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Francoeur and Antoinette Francoeur (Turcotte). He is survived by: his children, Eileen Mandeville (Raymond) of Wakefield, Donna Antaya of Prudence Island and Robert A. Francoeur (Stacie) of West Greenwich; his brother Ronald Francoeur (Claire) of Lincoln; and his close friend Angela. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
