It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita R. Cirella (East Providence, Rhode Island), who passed away on April 12, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Fontes and Rita Fontes (Paquette); her daughter Joan Messa; and her sister Marie Mendes. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Nicole Santiago (Miguel) and William Joseph Messa (Kimberly); her great grandchildren, Cassandra Santiago and Cristiano Messa; her son-in-law William Messa, Jr.; and her siblings, Richard Fontes, Joseph, Manuel, Alfonse, Ernest, Myron and Raymond Fontes.
