He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Sr. Kelly and Josephine Kelly (Sousa). He is survived by: his daughters, Kylene M. Arredondo of Riverside and Kaitlyn R. Kelly of Riverside; his grandchildren, Sophia A. Kelly, Ashton N. Arredondo, Coen C. DeGuilio, Leo C. DeGuilio and Charles A. DeGuilio; and his sister Beverly Farrell (Raymond) of Cumberland. He is also survived by friends and family members.
