It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis A. Case (East Providence, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 16, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Pontus and Mary Pontus (Duarte); and her sister Mary Moore. She is survived by: her husband Leo A. Case; her children, Kathleen C. Joyal, Karen M. Neilson, Suzanne E. James and David L. Case; and her brothers, Manuel Pontus, Jr. and Richard Pontus. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
