He was predeceased by: his parent Flaminio Andrade, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Andrade (Cabral); his mother Maria Andrade (Cabral); his children, Jake P. Andrade and Courtney L. Andrade; his grandson Tyrell "Buddha" Clarke; and his siblings, Isabel Gonzalez (Richard), Luis Andrade, Flaminio "Phil" Andrade and Jose "Joe" C. Andrade (Katie).
