She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond A. Ouellette; her parents, Anthony Gonsalves and Alice Gonsalves (Vasconcellos); her child Ann-Marie Blake; and her brother Anthony Gonsalves Jr..
She is survived by: her son Timothy P. Ouellette (Kathy) of North Thetford. She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
