With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul E. Playe Sr. of East Providence, Rhode Island, born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on March 19, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Helen L. Playe (Chasse); his parents, Rene Playe and Emiline Anita Playe (Deslaurien); and his sibling Rene Playe, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Paul E. Playe, Jr. (Judith) of Whitinsville, MA, Lynn Dyer (Bruce) of East Providence and David Playe of North Attleboro; his grandchildren, Mishka Playe, Zoe Playe, Rachel Playe, Amy Plunkett and Christopher Dyer; and his brother Raymond Playe of Riverside.
