She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wendy Plummer (Kinnell) and Elliott B. Plummer; her husband Burton P. Batty Jr.; her children, Kristen E. Batty and Peter B. Batty of East Providence; her grandchildren, Shannon Fenerjian (Stephen Fenerjian) of Sharon, MA, Taylor Batty of East Providence and Alison Batty of East Providence; her great grandchildren, Ruben of Sharon, MA, Mia Batty of Sharon, MA, Alek of Sharon, MA and Aiden Fenerjian of Sharon, MA; her sister Anne S. Plummer of Winona, MN; and her sister-in-law Barbara S. Brown of East Providence. She was also cherished by her family and taking care of her granddaughters and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Perry-McStay Funeral Home (2555 Pawtucket Ave, East Providence, RI 02914). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 9:00 AM and at 10:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Newman Congregational Church Scholarship Fund, or to HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center.
