She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry J. Fortes and Gladys C. Fortes (Rose). She is survived by: her husband James M. Keenan; her son Duane L. Fortes (Kathleen) of East Providence; and her siblings, Anita M. Parsons of East Providence, Steven H. Fortes of Cranston, Daniel M. Fortes of Connecticut and Richard A. Fortes of East Providence. She is also survived by six grandchildren, four stepchildren and five Godchildren.
