She was predeceased by: her husband Donald O. Costa, Sr.; and her parents, Edward I. Dozier and Edna E. Dozier (Pierce). She is survived by: her children, Karen Costa of Brooklyn and Donald O. Costa, Jr. of Brooklyn; and her grandchildren, Dontoinette Frazier, Donald O. Costa, III and Preston J. Costa. She is also survived by eight great granddaughters and one great grandson.
