It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lydia Miranda (East Providence, Rhode Island), born in Bristol, Rhode Island, who passed away on June 1, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Duarte and Maria Hortencia Duarte (Barboza); her son Joseph J. Miranda; and her sister Christine Reynolds. She is survived by: her sisters, Anna Cruz and Hilda Van Fossen; her daughter Deborah Britto (David Britto); her great grandchild Madison Sellers; her granddaughters, Devon Sellers (Maurice Sellers), Dana Britto, Laura and Jessica Miranda; and her daughter-in-law Joy Miranda. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
