With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Liduina N. DeMelo of East Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 12, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joao Inacio; her parents, Joao DeSousa and Angelina DeSousa (Marques); and her sister Maria Angelina Braga. She is survived by: her daughters, Adrianne DaPonte (Manuel) of East Providence and Maryann Marques (John) of Johnston; her grandson Daniel DaPonte Jason (Marcia); her great grandchildren, Ella, Lucas, Bode DaPonte, Antonio, Sofia DaPonte, Madeline, Hailey Frias, Adam, Luke Aguiar and Eva Claire Callahan; and her siblings, Nazareth Ferreira, Tobias Marques, Joao Sousa and Eduarda Morgado.
