He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Sousa and Alvina Sousa (Pereira); and his siblings, Eduardo "Eddy" DeSousa and Otilia Medeiros. He is survived by: his children, Robert Michael Sousa (Jennifer) of Swansea and Anna Paula Sousa of Swansea; his sisters, Lidia Tavares of Warren and Connie Sousa of Swansea; and his grandchildren, Brandon Lee Kadlec, Dillon Lee Sousa, Aiden Robert Sousa and Ashton Joseph Sousa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
