He was predeceased by: his father William E. Carty, III; and his grandparents, Robert, Mary Gravel (Nolan), William, Jr. and Anna Carty (Gallagher).
He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Carty (Gravel) of East Providence; his children, Alyssa J. Oliveira, Damien A. Wright and Lillianna E. Rickett; and his brother William E. Carty, IV of Central Falls. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
