He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. O'Gara and Helen O'Gara (Healey); and his siblings, Donald O'Gara and Rosalind O'Gara. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy M. O'Gara (Lalime); his son Sean F. O'Gara (Kimberly); his stepchildren, JoAnn Besozzi (Kenneth), Joseph "Jay" Heaney (Karen), Judy Radas (Jerry) and John Heaney (Laura); and his sister Joan O'Gara. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
